  • Will I receive a tracking number?
    Yes. The package carrier sends Email with tracking numbers and delivery address information the evening after your package ships, provided the Email address submitted with the order is correct.

    Normally delivery takes 3-12 working days ( Saturday and Sunday are not included ).The estimated delivery days is provided by shipping carrier, not our guarantee.
    When will my package ship?
  • Shipping method indicates transit time only - please allow for processing time.
  • Processing time is the amount of time it takes to review, verify and ship your order.
  • Orders usually are sent out on next business day after receiving the payment.
  • According to the carrier, my package was delivered to my front door and now it's gone! What do I do?
    In this case, please contact our Customer Service Department (sales@wowparts.com). We will schedule a USPS driver follow-up for the missing item(s) and a replacement will be shipped in a timely manner.
    The package I received from WowParts.com looks like it was damaged in shipment. What do I do?
    Please contact our Customer Service Department: sales@wowparts.com, and we will schedule a carrier driver follow up. Please keep the original box and packaging material, as this will be needed to file a damage claim with the carrier. A replacement will be shipped once the damage claim is filed and we have a response from the carrier.
    I was unable to take delivery of my package and the carrier returned it to WowParts.com.
    How do I get the package shipped back to me?
    How do I get a refund?
    When a package is returned to Wowparts.com because a carrier is unable to make delivery due to action, inaction, or absence of the recipient, we will refund your credit card less shipping charges and the product(s) will be returned immediately to inventory. Should you still wish to purchase these products, you may place your order again on our website.

    If you believe a shipment was returned to us due to an error on our part or on the part of our carrier, please Email our Customer Service Group(sales@wowparts.com) to arrange a refund of shipping and return fees.
    Who do I contact if I received the wrong item in an order?
    If you believe you received the wrong item in an order, you should email to sales@wowparts.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

    Please write the RMA number on the package then sent it to us. And send us an email when you send it out, so I can expect when to receive it. We will ship the correct item immediately.

    No, we don't ship internationally.
    How long will my package take to reach the destination via US mail? (international order) Can I get a tracking number for my order which was shipped via US Mail?
    United States Mail does not provide tracking information and therefore we are unable to give a scheduled delivery date for a package shipped via US mail. Depending on the destination of the package, shipping could take up to 8 weeks to be delivered.
