    If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchase, you may return it in its original, new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund.

    If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, we will refund your shipping charges. If returned for other reasons, shipping charges will not be refunded.
    Incorrect Item Delivered
    If we deliver the wrong item to you, we will pick up the item and deliver you the correct item completely at our expense.
    Return Procedures
    (1)Please send an email to to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    (2)Please pack return merchandise included with the original packaging accompanied (like manual, cable, case, etc.) Please also write a note or print out our replied email to show your order number and WowParts.com account.

    (3)Please write down the appropriate RMA number on the Ship To position and send it out by US Post Office within 30 days of receipt.

    (4)We will carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing replacement, exchange, refunds, or store credits.

    Please Attention:
    All RMA numbers are valid for two weeks from their original date of issue.
    Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number may be not be accepted.
    What is the status of my RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)?
    When will a replacement be sent?
    Once we have received your returned item in our warehouse it normally takes between 7 to 10 business days to process the RMA. If your return is tested and found to be in working order, we will return the item to you. If the return tests as defective we will send a replacement from our warehouse. If we do not have a replacement or a suitable alternative to fulfill the RMA, we will notify you that your RMA has been changed to an in-house credit.
